hi I would like to thank you for the garden swing,it looks absolutely great, but the seat was realy hard to put it together has there where no marks for the boardsbut apart from that it was easy to build so once again thank you very much indeed Oh by the way I didn't receive it until wednesday late afternoon the reason given was the driver had reached his time limit for that day??? bye bye

I researched a lot of sites for Lutyens style benches before placing my order with your company,most were three times or more the price of your product. Therefore, I was not expecting a top quality product. However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised, the quality is excellent, the bench is treated with a weather protective oil and looks equally as good and stylish as the much more expensive benches on other sites. The only negative about the product is the nut,bolt and allen key assembly mechanism is somewhat fiddly, but that said, it's not 'rocket science'and only took two of us 20mins to assemble.

I would also like to compliment you on your customer service, I have never experienced such srevice anywhere before, a courtesy call within five minutes of placing the order! A very pleasant and polite lady explained all about the delivery and what to do in case of any problems etc, thats what I call service. I had no problems whatsoever. I am delighted with my goods and I would be happy to recommend this product and I would most certainly recommend your company. Thank you very much
