2021 was the earliest possible date that we could qualify for this award, three years after we registered with Feefo, and we have won it every year since. This award places us in the top tier of Feefo's global client list.

Feefo Trusted Service Awards are based on ratings from genuine customers. To win a Platinum Trusted Service Award a business must earn a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years. In Feefo's words, the Platinum Trusted Service Award "recognises businesses who get to the top and stay there. Those who hit the mark, time and time again."
Feefo's annual awards shine a light on businesses that demonstrate outstanding service to their customers. Winners are decided based on the ratings they receive from their customers.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award "for outstanding customer service" is only awarded to businesses who maintain a rating of 4.5 or higher throughout the year. To achieve that for 3 consecutive years is a sure sign of a business which excels at customer service and thoroughly deserves the highest level Platinum award.

Ever since we first registered with Feefo in 2018 we have maintained a service rating of between 4.7/5 and 4.9/5. We are tremendously proud of this achievement, especially if you consider that most of our products are made by hand and heavy, bulky items which are difficult to transport.
