We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the standard of workmanship involved in our recent conservatory construction.
The initial consultation with Guy was very thorough and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. He particularly tried to ensure that the final design fitted in with our proposed change to our patio area. We realise that our design was somewhat unique in order to accommodate a utility area. This involved additional services such as drainage and water, but after one or two complications were resolved we achieved our requirements.
We would like to convey our thanks to all the various tradesman involved including the bricklayers, installation team, tiler and plumber who were most obliging, friendly and professional in their attitude towards ourselves and their tasks and worked to a very high standard. We would also like to thank your office staff for sorting out one or two queries in a thoroughly courteous manner.
At the time we felt that we felt that we would have liked things to have moved on quicker, but perhaps this was impatience on our part. We realise that the people involved in the various stages have to be programmed in and we also had to contend with the adverse weather conditions.
The final construction is very pleasing and we still have one or two finishing touches to make together with the garden project which was ongoing at the same time. We hope that in about two months time that everything will be completed together with the surrounding patio area. If you would like to include our design in your portfolio we would be pleased to allow you to do so.
