Summary:

These lean to storage extensions are 2.5x2.0m, 2.5x2.5m and 2.5x3.0m (8'2"x6'7", 8'2"x8'2" and 8'2"x9'11") and are designed to fit against the side wall of an existing building such as a house, garage or log cabin. Quality features include substantial 70x70mm support posts and durable 15mm thick tongued and grooved roof boards. Made in Scandinavia, these high quality gazebos feature superb quality joinery and high grades of timber throughout. All timber is PEFC certified. Roof options include untearable roofing felt and a durable one piece EPDM rubber membrane. Ideally the building requires a clearance height of at least 2110mm (6'11"), though if the available height is lower it is sometimes possible to reduce the overall height. These luxury gazebos are ideal for use as a hot tub cover, outdoor entertaining area or smoking shelter. Detailed fitting instructions are supplied for DIY self assembly. Low cost installation is available in many areas.

NORDIC SPRUCE: This building is manufactured from 100% Nordic Spruce, the best quality timber used in log cabin construction. Nordic Spruce is grown primarily in the well managed forests of Scandinavia, Siberia and the coldest parts of Northern Europe. The cold climate ensures slow growth. The growth rings are much closer together than trees grown in warmer climates. As a result the timber is heavy and durable with a dense grain pattern. These forests are expertly managed on a sustainable basis so Nordic Spruce is an enviromentally friendly choice.

PEFC CERTIFIED TIMBER: By choosing this product, you are supporting responsible management of the world's forests. This product is PEFC certified. Our PEFC licence number is PEFC/16-37-2190. Our PEFC chain of custody certificate code is INT-PEFC-COC-1119. To verify our PEFC membership visit the PEFC Member Search and search for Summer Garden (full name "Summer Garden and Leisure Buildings Ltd"). Please note if you want a genuine PEFC certified product it must include a valid PEFC claim, which must include a valid licence number and/or certificate code from a genuine PEFC member. It must also be described as PEFC Certified or PEFC Pure. Claims that "we use PEFC timber" or "our suppliers are PEFC certified" are dishonest, because the PEFC certifies products and not suppliers. If the claim is invalid the timber is not PEFC certified.

ABOUT THE PEFC: PEFC, the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, is a leading global alliance of national forest certification systems dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management through independent third-party certification. Since 1999 the PEFC has certified over 280 million acres of forest in 56 countries. PEFC promotes the stewardship and use of forests in a way, and at a rate, that maintains their biodiversity, productivity, regeneration capacity, vitality and their potential to fulfil, now and in the future, relevant ecological, economic and social functions, at local, national, and global levels, and that does not cause damage to other ecosystems. PEFC certification ensures that forest-based products reaching the marketplace have been sourced from sustainably managed forests.

SIZES - DEPTH AND WIDTH: Sizes are sometimes rounded to the nearest nominal size for ease of reading but the correct external sizes are listed alongside the price. The first dimension listed is the projection and the second dimension is the width. The projection is measured from the existing building. All sizes are approximate.
