Solar powered inside lights - no running costs
Two LED pull cord ceiling lamps, solar powered, with remotes
£49.00 for two lamps
The variable height ensures that this ceiling light can be used in most buildings. The flexible height adjustment allows you to suspend the lamp less than 75mm (3") below the ceiling if headroom is limited, or as much as 650mm (2'2") below the roof apex in a larger shed. With 2 or 3 of these lights even a large building is bathed in light when needed.
This smart pull cord light is a fantastic way of bringing light to buildings with no mains power. Featuring a solar panel and remote control, this light can be operated in an area with little or no sunlight, with the solar panel connected using a 3m (9'11") cable which can be mounted in a sunny location. The pull cord is an easy to use method of operating the light, alternatively the remote control can be used up to 10 metres away.
The light shade itself includes a large 12 LED display and reflective interior to offer up to 70 lumens of warm white light. The light shade diameter is approximately 155mm (7"). The pull cord length is approximately 230mm (9").
Running time depends on the exposure of the panel to the sun and it varies with the seasons. Longer summer days provide the best charge. Sunny weather provides more charge than cloudy weather. For maximum running time the solar panel should be positioned in full sunlight away from cover or shade.
The picture shows the full kit with the lamp suspended by 650mm (2'2"), which is the maximum extent.
